President Obama is getting help with his pledge of transparency (for more on that, see our article by Will Friedman and Alison Kadlec) when it comes to making sure taxpayers know how their money is spent. Earl Devaney, an ex-Secret Service agent who uncovered lobbying corruption at the Interior Department, will head up the Recovery Act Transparency and Accountability Board. VP Joe Biden will also be tracking stimulus dollars. Citizens have a role to play, too: to stay on top of our economic choices, see our Citizen's Survival Kit.

I feel the economy is in the worst situation ever. How did we get their, every one is responsible because we never paid enough attention. This will make everyone as a whole to be more aware. I think President Obama, will do a wonderful job, but he need the support from all. May God Bless America
