Will a Delay on the Climate Treaty be Time Well-Spent?

World leaders flatly admitted this weekend what everyone pretty much knew: there won't be a major deal on climate change at the big conference in Copenhagen next month. Instead, leaders will try to keep the process going, in hopes of coming up with a deal next year.

is this really a big issues in our health care system? yes it is. it is major issues in the reason of people are really don't figure out what type of issuarance they need in this downturn?, it is major issue in the reason of our infrastructure (of health system) is really worse, costof health care going up at that level middle class family can't afford for their family as well as unemployement rate going up day by day and lot of americans are unissured.
