E.P.A. Edges Closer To Regulating Greenhouse Gases

Many eyes are trained on the Environmental Protection Agency, which is reportedly poised to declare that heat-trapping gases are dangerous pollutants. Observers say the expected EPA finding could pave the way for regulation of carbon dioxide, methane and other gases linked to global warming.
