Francie Grace
Francie Grace works with our editorial team to produce stories on public policy, public opinion, research and public engagement, while creating and implementing content and design solutions for media including PublicAgenda.org, PlanetForward.org, FacingUp.org, Twitter and Facebook.
Francie came to Public Agenda from CBS, where she was a producer, editor and writer, first at 1010 WINS News - where she was honored for her work in helping to find a learning disabled woman who became lost in the subway - and later at the CBS Radio Network and at CBSNews.com, news teams which both won Edward R. Murrow awards.
Francie began her career as a reporter at a Pulitzer prize-winning newspaper in Pennsylvania and has tackled a few other things, including editing and co-writing a report to Congress on ways for U.S. stock and futures exchanges to keep up with foreign competition.
A member of the New York Press Club Board of Governors, Francie belongs to the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and has served as an awards judge for the New York Press Club, the Writers Guild and the Deadline Club.
She is a graduate of Smith College, a student of many things, and is also a poet and artist.
