Katie leads the development team at Public Agenda and works with leadership to set a strategic fundraising plan and manage relationships with our philanthropic partners. During her nearly two decades of development work, she has worked in a wide-range of  development offices, including for social service organizations, higher education, and arts and cultures organizations.

Katie previously served as the Associate Director of Institutional Giving at the Guggenheim, where she worked alongside global foundations to raise funds for the museum’s general operating support, exhibitions, and educational programs. Prior to her role at the Guggenheim, she supervised Foundation, Corporate, and Membership and, during an interim period, Individual Giving at the Brooklyn Museum, where she tripled foundation and government support and cultivated fruitful partnerships with national brands. She has also held roles at Columbia College at Columbia University and the Osborne Association.

Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Rutgers University and a masters degree in science in nonprofit management from Columbia University.
