As Public Agenda’s Chief Strategy and Impact Officer, Maggie Grove works across programmatic and operational teams to develop and clarify the organization’s strategic goals and drive implementation for maximum mission impact. She plays a lead role in the development of partnerships and opportunities for collaborative national work to expand the organization’s capacity and reach.
Grove has more than twenty years of experience leading nonprofit organizations and managing national networks. She is experienced in change management, organizational development and strategic planning, fundraising, programming and nonprofit operations. Prior to joining Public Agenda, she held various positions at Campus Compact, a national coalition of colleges and universities committed to the public purposes of higher education, including Interim President and Vice President for Strategy and Operations.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies and English from Oberlin College and an masters degree in philanthropic studies from Indiana University. Originally from Maryland, she now lives near Boston with her family and two dogs.
