Parisa Parsa is an organizational development, dialogue and democratic practice expert who leads and coaches on strategy, equity outcomes and civic engagement in a wide variety of settings. She has served in executive leadership at Cortico, Essential Partners and is on the advisory board of the Civic Health Project.
